Couples Psychotherapy

Many couples consider attending psychotherapeutic sessions when they find their relationship in crisis. It may be something they consider in the hope of finding ways to redeem what once began as a beautiful relationship.

How would it feel for both of you to hold a space for yourselves, where you learn to continuously grow together and understand what it means to have true emotional intimate connection?

The safe space I provide allows for exploration and personal growth. Both parties must be willing to be open to hearing the other, to understanding how their own past influences the relationship, to see the reality of their dynamic, and have an ability to be open to change and negotiation. Here, we learn about the concept of true compatibility and how it can enable you to live a fulfilling life as separate individuals while creating a safe, trusting, and respectful relationship together.

I invite you to consider that your relationship does not have to reach a place of brokenness and repair for you to begin working on it. It is possible to become open to a deeper understanding— that staying vibrant and alive in your relationships begins with intentional awareness and renewal. We are all human, living our imperfect lives. We can learn something new about ourselves and those closest to us if we commit to growth.

How would this look?

This is presented as 90-minute sessions, usually conducted bi-weekly or monthly, where both parties are willing and open to learning more about themselves and each other in a safe space.

In person and online.
